Welcure Drugs & Pharmaceuticals has announced a board meeting scheduled for August 22 to deliberate on a stock split and bonus issue. The MOVE aims to improve market liquidity and widen shareholder participation.

The proposal includes a 1:10 stock split, contingent upon regulatory approvals. Additionally, the company plans to issue bonus shares in a 1:1 ratio, pending sufficient reserves and necessary clearances.
